Vegetable Broth

Did you know vegetable broths contain lots of rich minerals that can aid in replenishing vital nutrients and rehydrating the body?

It’s true! Vegetable broths contain minerals like potassium, magnesium, sodium, and iodine! It is also rich in vitamins such as vitamin C, A and B complex!

Remember herbs and spices can be added to broths for added flavor and nutrition!

I’m excited to use as a base in other broth recipes or just to sip it on its own!
