To Make Dairy-free Whip Cream:

“Refrigerate a can of full-fat coconut milk overnight. Once the coconut milk has become firm, place a mixing bowl in the freezer and wait 5 minutes. Separate the coconut liquid from the hardened coconut cream (you can save the liquid for smoothies, etc.). Put the hardened cream into the bowl you placed in the freezer and whip with a hand mixer, or KitchenAid until it is fluff” (italics mine).
