Mmmmm Coconut Smoothie

Coconut Smoothie
recipe provides by Natures Way Organic Coconut Oil in thus months Delicious Living

1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk – We used Tiger Tiger
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1-2 Tbsp protein powder
1 Tbsp grd flax seed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract – if you do not care for almond extract, substitute vanilla
 1/4 tsp stevia, or substitute sweetener – we used a couple of drops of honey
8-10 ice cubes, or amt needed to reach your desired consistency

Place all the ingredients except ice in a blender in process on high speed until well combined. Add ice after the coconut oil is blended so it doesn’t clump. Use more or less ice, depending on cold preference.

Serve Makes 4 glasses. Freeze any leftover smoothie in ice cube trays for smoothie later.
