 Last month I fell in love with The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook: Breakfasts, Entrées, and More by Elana Amsterdam. Amsterdam created a cookbook around grain free, gluten-free food. She predominately uses almond flour in combination with agave and other sweeteners to create delicious, mouth-watering desserts and meals. The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook covers everything from how to make a gluten-free tomato sauce to S’mores with easy to follow instructions and delectable images.
